Disa autor\u00eb e kan\u00eb perifrazuar si meteor\u00eb n\u00eb qiellin e barbaris\u00eb dhe injoranc\u00ebs disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si Athina e dyt\u00eb apo si qyteti m\u00eb i madh pas Stambollit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voskopoja \u00ebsht\u00eb nga t\u00eb paktat qendra t\u00eb borgjezis\u00eb mesjetare, shkat\u00ebrrimi i t\u00eb cilave solli ndri\u00e7imin dhe prosperitetin e qyteteve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe jo vet\u00ebm, mbase \u00ebsht\u00eb shembulli m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se si nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria sot me vulgun, varf\u00ebrin\u00eb, nepotizmin, korrupsionin, vanitetin oriental, i lidhur ky me injoranc\u00ebn dhe kompleksin e inferioritetit. Ajo p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb yj\u00ebsi bashk\u00eb me Grabov\u00ebn, Ni\u00e7\u00ebn, Ll\u00ebng\u00ebn, Shipsk\u00ebn, Gramusht\u00ebn, Nikolic\u00ebn, Linatopin etj., t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pulsonin ndoshta me droje err\u00ebsir\u00ebn e shekujve dhe ret\u00eb e pluhurit t\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb cep t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm kulturash. Voskopoj\u00ebn nuk e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb medoemos tempujt e mbetur si zonja mondane, t\u00eb st\u00ebrplakura nga koh\u00eb barbare q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete fisnik\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e dikurshme, d\u00ebshmitare ende kryene\u00e7e t\u00eb nj\u00eb epoke t\u00eb art\u00eb, as rrug\u00ebt e gjera e urat. As mali kryer\u00ebnd\u00eb i Kosta Mandos q\u00eb ka par\u00eb skena martirizimesh n\u00ebn k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e tij, as mij\u00ebra gur\u00ebsh t\u00eb pirgjeve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb p\u00ebrv\u00ebluara dhe q\u00eb ende r\u00ebnkojn\u00eb duke k\u00ebrkuar shpagim, as \u00c7ezma e Floririt, vend ku bukuroshja e Voskopoj\u00ebs k\u00ebmbeu unaz\u00ebn me trimin e maleve q\u00eb u vra; madje as Guri i Madh megalitik posht\u00eb Sh\u00ebn e Premtes, i cili e ka nj\u00eb legjend\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb gdhendur\u2026 Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as kujtimi p\u00ebr tempullin e dijes dhe Iluminizmit, Akademin\u00eb e Re dhe Bibliotek\u00ebn, as kujtimi p\u00ebr Shtypshkronj\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb, as uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit, \u00e7ezmat dhe as mullinjt\u00eb me uj\u00eb q\u00eb dora e kujdesshme e Dhori Falos i ka sakt\u00ebsuar me aq dashuri e kujdes n\u00eb librin e tij\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrtej shum\u00eb artikujve t\u00eb st\u00ebrshkruar blogjesh turist\u00ebsh klimaterik\u00eb e kulinar\u00eb, p\u00ebrtej faktit se ky qytet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sken\u00eb mbi 200-vje\u00e7are krimi ose nj\u00eb nekropol i pafund rr\u00ebnojash ku nuk mund t\u00eb gjesh nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb gjall\u00eb, si\u00e7 i shkruante koloneli francez Ordion vajz\u00ebs s\u00eb tij rreth dy vjet pas shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb vitit 1916 (skena te tilla krimi Shqip\u00ebria mesjetare ka njohur jo pak), Voskopoja p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson edhe kujtimet p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit. Pik\u00ebrisht madh\u00ebshtia e k\u00ebtij qyteti q\u00eb her\u00eb-her\u00eb ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa mitike, jan\u00eb banor\u00ebt e tij. Mungesa e nj\u00eb materiali arkivor t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn, e lidhur kjo me nj\u00eb larmi burimesh bibliografike shpesh t\u00eb dyshimta, krijuan shum\u00eb trillime dhe fantazi. Spekulimi m\u00eb i shpesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket numrit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb kulmin e zhvillimit, i cili v\u00ebrtitet n\u00eb autor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nga 5000 banor\u00eb deri n\u00eb numra fantazmagorik\u00eb 70 000 apo 100 000 banor\u00eb. Fakti i ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb 24 kishave, tre prej tyre bazilika dhe nj\u00eb manastiri, tregon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popullsi t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet nga dy fotot e b\u00ebra n\u00eb vitin 1906, pra dhjet\u00eb vjet para shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb fundit, tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb qytez\u00eb me rreth 500 sht\u00ebpi. Duke marre numrin m\u00eb pesimist prej gjasht\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb nj\u00eb familje n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XX, kemi nj\u00eb popullsi me t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 3000 banor\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e bjerrjes si qytet. Duke marr\u00eb parasysh numrin e rr\u00ebnojave dhe sip\u00ebrfaqen e qytetit prej rreth 180 hektar\u00eb e sip\u00ebrfaqen e blloqeve t\u00eb banimit, mund t\u00eb konkludojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt e me logjik prej rreth 20 000 deri 22 000 banor\u00eb n\u00eb kulmin e zhvillimit. Natyrisht nj\u00eb qytet shum\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn. Numri i atyre q\u00eb u larguan p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fat m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn, na kumton dr. Konstantina Karakosta nj\u00eb nga studiueset bashk\u00ebkohore mbase m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb emigracionit t\u00eb voskopojar\u00ebve n\u00eb territoret e Austro-Hungaris\u00eb. Madje emri voskopojar mori nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm duke u quajtur k\u00ebshtu ata q\u00eb merreshin me tregti, zejtari dhe bart\u00ebsit e progresit dhe zhvillimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull mund t\u00eb prekim vet\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur aspekte nga jeta e emigranteve vlleh\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi, sepse materiali q\u00eb disponojm\u00eb p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i larmish\u00ebm dhe i vlefsh\u00ebm nga ana historike. Si\u00e7 thekson studiuesi serb Dushan Popovi\u00e7 n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr Cincar\u00ebt (cincar\u00eb quhen vlleh\u00ebt nga sllav\u00ebt si pasardh\u00ebs t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve t\u00eb Legjionit V romak nga vllahishtja Cinci \u201cpes\u00eb\u201d), \u201cve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht voskopojar\u00ebt dhe m\u00eb pas te ardhurit nga Vlasti dhe Shatishta ishin ata q\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb krijimin dhe zhvillimin e klas\u00ebs borgjeze t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Beogradit dhe krahinave p\u00ebrtej lumit Sava\u2026dhe luajt\u00ebn nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb publike\u201d\u2026Sipas t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit autor, p\u00ebrgjigja e pyetjes se \u00e7\u2019kuptohet me emrin Cincar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e thjesht\u00eb. \u201cCincari me prejardhje \u00ebsht\u00eb ilir ose thrakas, sipas gjuh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb roman, me besim fetar \u00ebsht\u00eb ortodoks, nd\u00ebrsa kulturalisht, sidomos n\u00eb qytete, ndihet grek. \u201cVeigandi kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb re se n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, Budapest e Beograd kishte shume vlleh\u00eb t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rrejshme shfaqeshin si grek\u00eb. Sremaci i p\u00ebrshkroi k\u00ebshtu borgjez\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj: \u201cT\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata ishin vlleh\u00eb ose grek\u00eb, them k\u00ebshtu, sepse nuk mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb askush se \u00e7\u2019jan\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vlleh\u00eb apo greke\u201d. \u201cTendenca p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ekonomi e p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur para \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga karakteristikat themelore te tyre. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ve\u00e7anti njihen n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe n\u00eb popullin ton\u00eb- thot\u00eb Popovi\u00e7. Shum\u00eb shpesh fjala \u201ccicar\u201d n\u00eb serbisht ka marr\u00eb kuptimin e cingunit, kopracit dhe shprehja \u2018\u2019t\u00eb b\u00ebsh si cincar do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhesh koprac\u201d. Njehsimi i vlleh\u00ebve me grek\u00ebt u forcua m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur grek\u00ebt mor\u00ebn pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb ndaj turqve. Por mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se vlleh\u00ebt q\u00eb vinin nga trojet shqiptare quheshin arvanito \u2013 vlleh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Serbi njiheshin si Arbanas apo Arnaut\u00eb. P\u00ebr arsye konkurrence n\u00eb tregti, p\u00ebr faktin se vlleh\u00ebt u shmangeshin detyrimit ushtarak duke mos vajtur n\u00eb luft\u00eb, por merreshin me tregti dhe donin kish\u00ebn e tyre, midis serb\u00ebve dhe vlleh\u00ebve kishte paragjykime, madje edhe p\u00ebrplasje\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb Ballkan qendrat kryesore q\u00eb mikprit\u00ebn voskopojar\u00ebt ishin Ohri, Manastiri, Krusheva, Milovishta, Nishi, Novisadi, Velesh, Karlovici, Kraina, Zemuni e Pan\u00e7evo. Censusi i banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Sremit n\u00eb vitin 1770 tregon se pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb familjeve vllahe e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin t\u00eb ardhurit nga Voskopoja, 29 nga 81 familje, n\u00eb Zemun; 28 nga 76 familje n\u00eb Kroaci; 28 nga 76 familje kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn prejardhje voskopojare. N\u00eb Krajin\u00eb t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb, sipas historianit Vani\u00e7ek, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tregtar\u00ebve ishin nga Voskopoja, Grabova, Kozani dhe Shipska. Nga Grabova kan\u00eb emigruar deri n\u00eb Australin\u00eb e larg\u00ebt Miti Nikolla, Nikola Cicani, Balamac\u00ebt, Steamitru etj. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim q\u00eb tregtar\u00ebt voskopojar\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb jet\u00ebsore ekonomike, shoq\u00ebrore dhe kulturore t\u00eb krahinave serbe ku u ngulit\u00ebn. Gjithashtu Venediku, Vjena, Budapesti, Mishkolc, Kecskemet dhe gjith\u00eb ish-territoret e pushtuara osmane midis Danubit dhe lumit Tisza me dend\u00ebsi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl popullsie ishin vendet m\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtetasve ortodoks\u00eb t\u00eb Sulltanit. Veprimtaria financiare e voskopojar\u00ebve Sina, Tirka, Xhehani, Gira, Shpirta, Kurti e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurje me pranin\u00eb e fort\u00eb t\u00eb tyre ne Budapest si t\u00eb Aleksander Lepurit, Sofia dhe Dhimiter Lik\u00ebs, Naum Misk\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shpenzuan shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e katedrales ortodokse t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb tyre, b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb kishin rolin kryesor ekonomiko \u2013 shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb krahasim me n\u00ebnshtetasit e tjer\u00eb ortodoks\u00eb t\u00eb Sulltanit. N\u00eb Budapest kishte 170 familje t\u00eb ardhura vet\u00ebm nga Voskopoja. Ata nuk d\u00ebshironin t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb kishat serbe, por nd\u00ebrtuan kish\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb pavarur. Duke u nisur nga aksioma se asnj\u00eb fenomen n\u00eb Histori nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm, do p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb autor\u00ebt e quajn\u00eb Fenomeni Voskopoj\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vendbanim malor vllah e m\u00eb pas edhe shqiptar me privilegje nga Sulltani, ky qytet apo politeia (gr. shtet ose nj\u00ebsi autonome) u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga qendrat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme tregtare e zejtare t\u00eb Ballkanit Jugor. N\u00eb fillim blegtoria p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte gurin e themelit p\u00ebr zhvillimin e mjesht\u00ebrive dhe bizneseve me karakter sht\u00ebpiak-familjar, nd\u00ebrsa materiali i leshit, kapitali kryesor u p\u00ebrdor si l\u00ebnd\u00eb e par\u00eb p\u00ebr kalimin nga blegtoria n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e transportit dhe tregtis\u00eb. Si\u00e7 del nga letrat tregtare t\u00eb voskopojar\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb arkivat e Venedikut, nga Voskopoja dhe rrethinat eksportohej zakonisht leshi i p\u00ebrpunuar dhe i pap\u00ebrpunuar, mbulesa, velenxa, qilima, dyll\u00eb, duhan dhe l\u00ebkur\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studiusi, Kandi\u00e7, deklaronte se Cincar\u00ebt kishin nj\u00eb zgjuarsi natyrore, ishin shum\u00eb dinak\u00eb a thua se jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb negociuar n\u00eb tregti midis Lindjes dhe Per\u00ebndimit. Po sipas tij \u201cn\u00eb Bullgari, Maqedoni, Thrak\u00eb e n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, elita e klas\u00ebs tregtare i p\u00ebrket k\u00ebtij grupimi aktiv\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa historian Veigand, shkruan; \u201csi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr q\u00eb merren me tregti, k\u00ebshtu edhe shum\u00eb vlleh\u00eb kan\u00eb sy t\u00eb thell\u00eb q\u00eb flak\u00ebrojn\u00eb ku duket mpreht\u00ebsia, inteligjenca, vendosm\u00ebria, forca, por edhe dinak\u00ebria e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natyrisht rasti i Voskopoj\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i ve\u00e7uar. N\u00ebse studion ndokush evolucionin e sistemit ekonomik t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane dhe t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit t\u00eb asaj kohe, do t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se prodhimi kapitalist u shfaq p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb ato vende ku zhvillohej mjesht\u00ebria e tekstileve, e endjeve. Oborri mbret\u00ebror i Vjen\u00ebs n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs emigratore q\u00eb ushtronte, u jepte privilegje p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket ushtrimit t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb, vet\u00ebqeverisje dhe sht\u00ebpi, ara, kafsh\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jetonin p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb ato vise. Q\u00ebllimi i perandor\u00ebve Habsburgas ishte zhvillimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre me Lindjen. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi fakti se nj\u00eb vit pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb Traktatit t\u00eb Pasarovicit m\u00eb 1719, Trieste dhe Fiume u shpallen porte t\u00eb lira, nd\u00ebrsa krijimi i Kompanis\u00eb Orientale vulosi p\u00ebrpjekjet e Karlit VI p\u00ebr dep\u00ebrtimin e perandoris\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb rajonin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb Mesdheut Juglindor. Marr\u00ebveshja ruso-austriake e vitit 1781 parashikonte shkat\u00ebrrimin e perandoris\u00eb Osmane duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb kufizohet veprimtaria e tregtar\u00ebve \u201cotoman\u00eb\u201d dhe transferimi i k\u00ebsaj veprimtarie n\u00eb duart tashm\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve austro-hungarez\u00eb por me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn prejardhje nga Turqia Evropiane. Ishte njeriu m\u00eb origjinal dhe m\u00eb i aft\u00eb nga cikli i emigrant\u00ebve vlleh\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi, i cili me aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019u patur zili, durimin dhe merit\u00ebn arriti majat e elit\u00ebs kulturore dhe tregtare. N\u00eb vitet 1860 dhe 1870 ishte nj\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Beograd, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Serbin\u00eb. Bodi Gusha ishte filantrop, i dhembshur, ishte karizmatik, inteligjent dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i kulturuar. Dy sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tij n\u00eb Dorgioll t\u00eb Beogradit ishin t\u00eb hapura gjithnj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do t\u00eb varf\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb. Ishte autodidakt. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb e njihnin thoshin se me njohurit\u00eb e tij dhe qart\u00ebsin\u00eb mendore shkaktonte admirim. Gusho njihte gjuh\u00ebn greke t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe let\u00ebrsin\u00eb, dinte p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh t\u00eb gjitha faqet e Iliades dhe Odises\u00eb, te\u00eb vepr\u00ebs epike t\u00eb Njegoshit (Gorski Vigenats) dhe p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebve t\u00eb Vuk Karaxhi\u00e7it. Ishte gjithnj\u00eb abonent i par\u00eb i \u00e7do libri, kishte gjithnj\u00eb vendin e parapaguar gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit n\u00eb Teatrin Komb\u00ebtar etj. Vajza e tij Anka \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebna e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb letrave e shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve Bozhidar e Dushan. Anka n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e saj konsiderohej si nj\u00ebra nga zonjat m\u00eb t\u00eb kulturuara t\u00eb Beogradit. Fliste shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm fr\u00ebngjisht, gjermanisht, italisht e greqisht. Njihte historin\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb vendase e t\u00eb huaj. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb kultur\u00eb nuk ishte vet\u00ebm shembull e bashk\u00ebshortes dhe n\u00ebn\u00ebs, por edhe bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore e burrit t\u00eb saj i cili ishte nj\u00eb nga themeluesit e L\u00ebvizjes Radikale. Se sa i kulturuar ishte Gusha Bodi flasin akoma edhe sot historit\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb ruajtur nga beogradasit e vjet\u00ebr. Disa nga k\u00ebto histori i tregonin dhe i botoi n\u00eb gazeta Srema\u00e7, Nushi\u00e7i, Gjorgjevici, Kakianski etj, nd\u00ebrsa kur shkruante tregimin e famsh\u00ebm Zoti Gjeras, Stefan Srema\u00e7i kishte parasysh Zotin Gusha. Gusha Bodi ishte k\u00ebshilltar i knjaz Mihalit. N\u00eb dor\u00ebn e tij dha shpirt mbret\u00ebresha Ljubica. Luft\u00ebtari nga Kreta Janis Karavitis i cili jetoi me ta p\u00ebr kat\u00ebr vjet gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs me bullgar\u00ebt shkruan ne Kujtimet e tij: \u201cVllahofon\u00ebt jan\u00eb raca m\u00eb e kulturuar dhe m\u00eb e zgjuar. Naum Korrnara nj\u00eb nga figurat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb Serbi ishte sekretari i Karagjorgjit , udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit t\u00eb Rilindjes s\u00eb Par\u00eb Serbe.
